Food that lists freshly prepared or dried meat as the first ingredient.

Food containing high-quality sources of carbohydrates.

Food with a clearly stated composition.

Food with a shelf life of no more than 12 months.

Food that contains vegetables, herbs and vitamins.

We don't recommend:

Always check where the meat comes from – for example, "animal by-products" = rendering plant.

Don't buy food that has travelled thousands of kilometres when you can choose locally made food like ours.

Food should not contain cheap cereals such as wheat, maize or soya, or "vegetable derivatives" = waste.

Food should not contain chemical preservatives or flavourings = cheap table salt.
