Delivery
We ship with DPD International from our warehouse in Tarnów, Poland, to the countries listed below. Orders are dispatched on working days within 24 hours of receipt of payment; delivery usually takes 2–6 working days.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the destination country. They are shown in your basket and before you place your order. All prices include VAT.

Orders over 31 kg are split into several parcels; the shipping cost is the sum of the costs of the individual parcels.
Ukraine is outside the European Union, so the price for Ukraine does not include VAT, and import duties or taxes may be charged in the destination country.
Personal collection: you can also collect your order free of charge from our premises at ul. Braci Saków 5e, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland.
Payment
We accept payment by card through our payment provider Stripe. Payment is due when the contract is concluded; goods are shipped once payment has been received.
