Beef contains more absorbable iron than the meat of other farm animals. It is also a source of vitamins, including vitamins A, E and D as well as B vitamins – B1, B6 and B12. Beef is also an excellent source of complete protein. It is rich in valuable minerals such as zinc, selenium, iron and phosphorus, as well as creatine, taurine and glutathione.
